Welcome to Remnant Revival Church Nashville ("RRC," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at rrcnashville.org, including any related pages, content, online giving forms, and services we offer. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.

Section 01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using our site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you are under 13 years old, please use the site only with a parent or guardian's permission.

Section 02Use of the Site

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes that align with our mission as a Spirit-filled, non-denominational church. You agree to use the site in a way that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the values we hold as a community of faith.

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the site, its servers, or networks connected to it.
• Attempt to access areas of the site you are not authorized to access.
• Scrape, harvest, or copy content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• Use the site to harass, threaten, defame, or harm any person or group.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.

Section 03Accounts & Membership

Some features of our site, including church membership, require you to submit information through a form. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you submit any form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials we issue and for all activity under your account.

Church membership at RRC is a relational commitment, not a contractual one. Membership may be granted, paused, or ended at the discretion of our pastoral leadership, consistent with the values and beliefs outlined on our About page.

Section 04User Content & Submissions

When you submit prayer requests, testimonies, comments, photos, or any other content to us through this site, you grant RRC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and share that content for ministry purposes (for example, sharing a testimony on social media or in a sermon), unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

We will handle personal prayer requests with care and discretion. We may publicly share testimonies only with your permission.

You represent that any content you submit is yours to share, does not infringe on anyone else's rights, and does not violate any law.

Section 05Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the RRC name and logo, sermons, written content, graphics, photographs, audio, and video, is owned by Remnant Revival Church Nashville or used with permission. You may share sermons, articles, and social media posts for personal and non-commercial purposes, with appropriate credit.

You may not reproduce, modify, sell, or distribute any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Section 06Donations & Refunds

Remnant Revival Church Nashville is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Donations made through our online giving platform (powered by Subsplash) are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. You will receive a receipt by email at the time of your gift, and an annual giving statement upon request.

Recurring donations may be cancelled at any time through your Subsplash account or by contacting us directly. Cancellations take effect on the next billing cycle.

Section 07Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the site, our services, or any communications channel (email, text, contact form, social media) to:

• Engage in illegal activity of any kind.
• Send spam, chain letters, or unsolicited promotional content.
• Impersonate any person, including RRC staff or pastors.
• Solicit funds, products, or services on behalf of any third party.
• Post or share content that is hateful, obscene, threatening, or defamatory.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your access to the site and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

Section 08Third-Party Links & Services

Our site links out to third-party services such as Subsplash (giving), SwiftFlow / GoHighLevel (forms), YouTube, Rumble, and Facebook. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of service. When you click through, their terms apply.

Section 09Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. Spiritual content shared on this site is offered in good faith based on our biblical convictions but should not be relied upon as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

Section 10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remnant Revival Church Nashville, its pastors, staff, volunteers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the site.

If any liability is found despite the foregoing, it shall be limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Section 11Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Remnant Revival Church Nashville and its leadership, staff, and volunteers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Section 12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sumner County, Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Section 13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the site. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

Section 14Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will remain in effect after termination.
